1 1/2 pounds salmon
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup BROWN SUGAR
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup vegetable oil
4 cloves of minced garlic
mix it up let it marinade and Barbecue until the fish is flakey...
thats my favorite way to cook it and we eat it about once a week during the salmon run but I also give a lot away. ISS just made some killer smoked salmon and vacume sealed it for blind snacks.
