Not including the commercial style drum poultry pluckers which one gets your vote?
Further, does anyone have experience with the Go Devil gas powered plucker?

What birds I do pluck is done by the best plucker in the world my boys lol .
it's all about doing them fresh and still kinda warm . Dip in super hot water for a few seconds don't gut before you pluck . My buddy has an old chicken plucker we use for birds .
they make one that you can hook to a drill do it out side .

180-200 degrees with a touch of Dawn to help it get down to the skin for up to a minute with the "done" indicator being when the large upper wing feathers pull easily. Makes a world of difference.
