With the events that happened last year I needed to take a step back and realize that I'm just not a good moderator. I don't enjoy doing it, I take the job too personal. To be a moderator on any internet forum you need to be impartial and be able to take the whiplash in stride when the users were un-happy with your decisions. I was never good at either and for the good of the site I will just be admining from here on out. I personally get all my satisfaction from the site from running it. Both from a technical standpoint and from knowing that I'm providing a good place to shoot the shit about duck hunting and of course interacting with all the members here.
So to fill my spot we are asking anyone that wants to be a global moderator and help Dan mod the forum to send him a PM. Please be an active member of the forum and have a desire to keep WFF on track to being the best duck hunting forum on the internet.
