Yea man unfortunately most of the time lol. Nah it gets in your blood, I love it but the damn phone ringing all the time gets old. Can't schedule or plan shit unless you take vacation

Yes. We start with 2 weeks on hire in day then get an extra day every year up to 5 weeks.
