Trail cam pics

Finally got my trail cam positioned where I can catch the male grouse drumming. Here are a few of the 140+ pics that I got. Lived on this property for 15 years and have looked high and low for a drumming log, finally found one this year. One pic looks like he got tired of all that drumming and laid down for a nap.

Ya got 'im. In the days of 35mm film and long before trail cams, a drumming grouse was a capture I always wanted but never had the patience for.

When we were up in the BWCA last year I was chasing around one that was drumming trying to watch him. I saw him, a really big bird, but never while he was drumming.
