Thanks for the welcome guys. I awill be 84 in Dec and started hunting ducks when I was 7 yrs old on Huron Island in the Mississiippi R in SE Iowa due West of Mediaipolis. My Fathers hunting club used 100 live decoys and fliers until 1934. I started hunting with the club when I was 11 yrs old using a SxS 20 gage. My wife, Dona, had a heart attack june of 2010 and subsequent stroke when they did the heart cathiter which they do not tell you about. My life now is being her caretaker. She can walk with a wheeled walker. She still plays duplicate bridge about 3 times a week winning frequently. I get to go goose hunting about 3 times a year and Sandhill Crane hunting when I can work it in. I hunt ducks about 3 times during Christmas vacation when family is here. Life is still great. May ya'all have a great season. Ned S Amarillo, Tx.
