It's showing up on mine. It's a duck whistle.

The pics are gone. Olly said he lost a bunch of pics in the last few days. It's still on your computer because it's saved in the memory there.

Cam, I chucked a piece of purple heart up yesterday and turned a dowel that fit tight, then sanded it with the belt sander to get the angle. Would'nt you know the damn thing sounds great. I keep it low and soft, or make it scream. Cant believe it, first try. Thanks for the photos, and description.

I didnt make the whole whistle. I had an old Iverson haning on the wall on display that I never knew exactly what it was til Cam told me what piece was missing. All I knew was it was stamped on the bottom with "Iverson", so I knew it was duck call related. I just made the wedge for it.

Nah, I could set you up on my lathe and in 30 minutes you'd have turned your very own barrel just the way you wanted it. I dont have the patience/skill to make the insert section from scratch.

The Dude

Thanks, that citori is smooth shooting gun. Best investment I've made for waterfowling. I've had good luck with whistles late in the season for pintails. Those wingerts should bring em in close.

They replace a 6 in 1 whistle, so they can do mallard drake, green and bluewing teal, wigeon, pin tail, and wood ducks.

They start at $45 for woods and go up from there based on material (acrylic, stabilized woods, etc) . Mine is acrylic stabilized and dyed box elder burl and was $55 + $10 for laser engraving.

I do as well. Guess I appreciate the craftsmanship and cut of wood. Or I'm a Neanderthal that just says "ooh shiny!" Either way.
