WTF happened in Minnesota: justine Diamond

Two officers respond to a call, One with 2 years experience one with 1 year experience and now another civilian is dead. They conveniently didn't have their body cameras on. This poor woman was calling in a disturbance call and then approaches the police car and the passenger cop shoots across his partners chest and kills the woman. They were afraid for their lives with a 39 y/o woman in pajamas? If you are that afraid then maybe that isn't the job for you. Personally I hope they string him up by his nuts, but more than likely he will get away with it. The cops have way too much leeway when it comes to something like this and since there were no cameras he can spin it any way he wants, and the blue wall will back him up............... :x

Not sure exactly why but mainstream media wants us to think exactly what you're thinking. They (media) know what they're doing and are doing a heck of a job.
Fear--->Anger--->Hatred
Once you fear the police it's just two simple steps to hating them.

Pretty sure the idea is to start civil unrest, martial law, and in come the U.N. troops to "settle us down".
Globalist agenda is not even close to being dead.

PLEASE QUIT WATCHING MSM NEWSCASTS. (or watch them for entertainment only)
Remember...Hillary was ahead by so much in the polls that she quit campaigning.
Trump's approval rating is actually 65% but MSM can't say it.

Glad that someone finally wants to talk about the current state of affairs in the USA.
Shadow gubment is the one who is fearing and hating. (the swamp)
It's getting real obvious who the swamp creatures are. (they're everywhere including our local city council)

They deserve the same innocent until proven guilty as everyone else.

If this was your brother on the job would you be calling for him to be strung up by his nuts or would you be arguing to wait for the facts even though it looks terrible shooting an unarmed woman in the middle of the night when responded to a suspected rape in progress.

Chicago has largely become a shooting gallery more so than it was because it has become too risky for cops to do their job. No cop ever went to jail or got sued for NOT trying to do his job and just sitting in the car. Hell, there is little risk of getting fired for looking the other way.

don novicki wrote:the blue wall will back him up

I agree 100% that when they get caught filing false police reports, they must go to jail. Politicians, cops, lawyers, judges, any government official lying should be punished harshly. I don't care if it is Bubba lying about blowjobs in his sexual harassment lawsuit or a cop lying about a bad shooting, you get caught, you get punished harshly. You are doing more harm than the fucking scumbag street criminals by far.

But, if it is an honest screw up, the equivalent of a bone headed move leading to a car crash where someone dies, other than losing your job, there should be no consequences. Are you going to let your buddy be "string him up by his nuts" because he made a wrong turn onto a one way street or lost focus or just somehow made an honest fuck up that kiled someone? No way are you going to let him be "string him up by his nuts" for that. Would you want your brother, your wife, your son? Of course not, so the procedure, response, and punishment should be whatever you believe your son should get for the same fuck up.

These things are going to be more and more frequent in our current political environment. As you point out, both were hired on AFTER Fergusen, Black Lives Matter, etc. and very well may be an indication of the quality of officers you are going to get.

With the threat of a riot and burning down cities every time there is a legit shooting, are you going to report a bad shooting if its even more likely that riots will ensue?

We have a real escalating problem. The more riots and the more call for the cops nuts, the more idiots we will see become cops, the less they will do their job and risk their personal well being, and the more bad shootings, and the more crimes we will see.

No matter how it looks, calling for the cops nuts before we know enough is part of the problem.

There will be tragic accidents when people respond to a violent crime in progress in the middle of the night.

The cops were probably on edge. The woman that had called in the rape in progress probably was total freaked and came running up to the cops as soon as she saw them like a crazy person. Who knows if she had a weapon? Wouldn't you if you were waiting for the cops will you think someone is being raped near you? We just don't know anything beyond it looks terrible and we need to obviously get to the bottom of it.

Of course, if you have no doubt the cops lie, then nothing they say will matter, no evidence on the scene will matter, ...

As far as the body cams, is it procedure to turn them off in the car and turn them on when out of the car? If so, it wasn't convenient, it was procedure. I don't know what they procedure was with the body cams. Do you?

What I'm learning is when you feel the need to call for poh leece either don't call or call them and split. Go somewhere with lots of people so you have an alibi. You're the prime suspect when you call them. (or so it would seem)
Installed cameras and security system today. Neighbor stopped and asked me "how much them tires cost". They're BFG All Terrain T/A's on twenty inch rims. You KNOW they're probably trying to figure out who will buy them and how to get the tires and rims without me catching them.

The tires were free!?!? Long story but walmart.com and the walmart store don't communicate very well.
They did lose two sets of keys while determining that they can't work on my truck because the lugnuts were recalled.
They even paid for the new keys. I did all the work taking tires off and putting them back.
Someone out there is running around with two chipped keys.

The rules go out the wind when you think someone is about to kill you or your partner in the next half second, which his actions suggest he believed.

How much do you know about police procedure?
Something ain't right about cops showing up with pistols out before they even get out of the car.
Maybe in Arkansas...

My guess and it is purely that, they rolled up on the rape in progress in the dark. Inexperienced guys, maybe even their first violent felon at night, the woman who called it in saw the cops rolling buy in the dark and came running out in a panic. The cop saw her charging the car, thinking they are under attack, freaked and shot the woman. Doesn't matter what the procedure is when you think you are about to be killed. Almost everyone is going to react that way.

It takes crazy control to act like this.

http://www.chicagotribune.com/news/local/breaking/ct-citing-beating-of-officer-chicago-s-top-cop-says-police-are-second-guessing-themselves-20161006-story.html
The injured officer, a 17-year Chicago police veteran, got into a struggle with a man who allegedly was high on PCP after she stopped at a crash scene in the Austin community on the West Side on Wednesday morning.

The suspect smashed the officer's face into the pavement repeatedly until she was unconscious, police said.

“As I was at the hospital last night, visiting with her, she looked at me and said she thought she was gonna die, and she knew that she should shoot this guy, but she chose not to because she didn’t want her family or the department to go through the scrutiny the next day on national news,” Johnson said while attending a public ceremony honoring heroic officers and firefighters.

Trying very hard to recreate the argument that leads to Officer Scaredy-Cat being allowed to go out and do it again.
The premise is what's giving me trouble.

I'll try.

The officer was so scared that he actually pooped himself. <----- That's the premise?

When an officer on a call gets scared or frightened he is allowed to start shooting. <--much better premise.
Officer Scaredy-Cat was scared or frightened so he started shooting.
People sometimes get killed when someone starts shooting.
The pajama-clad woman was killed.
Therefore Officer Scaredy-Cat gets to go back to work after a few weeks administrative paid leave.

That's one sad argument yet it is a valid argument with a true premise. (ask my philosophy professor)
Hardly one I'd present in a court of law yet that's what will be presented if it makes it to court.

Moral. NEVER EVER EVER CALL 911. You're better off getting raped.

If this is real news and not fake news, this is why we stay calm and wait for the facts.

However, this could just as easily be more of the hands up don't shoot BS.

Buddy you're defending the official story. Forgot to turn the cameras on. Oops I guess the guy is innocent. No proof therefore he is innocent.

Yeah, you're right you're always right.
Ask yourself, "what is this minnesota story distracting us from?".

Get on youtube and see. I think you'd be amazed, angry, and shocked at what all is being hidden from us.
Start with looking into the raid on a cargo ship in the port of Baltimore, who owns it, and what the name of the ship is. What they found...oh God.
You'll never know until you look.

Whose distracted by it? I don't call for someone's head until I know a lot more than I do.

My argument is I don't know shit and I see know evidence that anyone else does either.

http://www.ci.minneapolis.mn.us/police/policy/mpdpolicy_4-200_4-200

They don't go around with the cameras on. They have to remember to activate them whenever something might happen. This is an idiotic system doomed to exactly this failure. They should be on all the time cops are on duty. But it is procedure to have them off until needed.

If it was as described in the youtube, both cops should have switched them on when the woman came up to the car.

I go out of my way to not discuss politics, so if we ever go hunting together again, don't worry. Outside the CI forum on the other site, I try to avoid it.

Calling for someone's head without enough information at hand is simply a lynch mob. That is why I responded more aggressively here than I do.

If this guy deserves to die, he should be executed, but calling for his nuts before any of us honestly have the facts is absolutely no different than what happened at Ferguson and now we know that all we were told about hands up don't shoot and all of that was total BS. The lynch mob was wrong, but it is easy to whip up the mob to go after someone you hate just because they are part of a group you despise. Doesn't mean that cop doesn't deserve to be executed, but we simply do not know that yet.

Innocent until proven guilty means a lot of horrible people get to walk free because otherwise a lot of innocent people get lynched.

Look at the body camera's this was supposed some insidious thing, but there stupid procedure is to have them off most of the time and only turn them on when they might be needed. Pretty easy to see how with this stupid procedure that they will be off often when needed plus they make it very easy for crooked cops to say "oops I forgot again." It provides no solid proof of intent and the accused gets the benefit of the doubt when we are decided whether or not to lynch him.

You talk politics or argue this stuff on my boat, you will not be invited back on my boat. Don't worry, you only know me from really from the CI forum. I enjoy arguing controversial issues, but there is a time and a place, and it is not when you are hunting, fishing, at work, or pretty much anywhere except where people purposefully go to argue about these things.

I plead ignorance on all of our parts. So all we are really saying is that if someone commits murder we should execute him, which I agree. Did this guy? Maybe, maybe not. If I had to wager even money, I would bet on no evil intent, but certainly know I would lose some times, but expect to win more. This particular case. I just don't think the cop committed murder (went through the mental process of this woman is no threat to me, but fuck her I'm going to kill her) in front of his partner, but was somewhere between criminal incompetence (manslaughter with no intent, but still so stupid as to be illegal) and a legitimate tragedy where a large fraction of the cops seeing what he saw would have done the same even though in hindsight it was clearly the wrong thing.

Until we know with certainty it was murder. No lynch mob.

How about we reverse the story and see if it flies?
"Somali Muslim man who called in a rape killed by female Aussie Christian police officer because she was scared".
Sounds copacetic to me. I guess it works both ways. (or does it? you tell me)

I wonder if there is any truth to any details of that story we've been told.
Here's the CNN version. http://www.cnn.com/2017/07/18/us/minnea ... index.html

Now this. "Diamond, in her pajamas, went to the drivers' side door of the responding squad and was talking to the officer, according to three sources with direct knowledge of the case". Source: Minneapolis Star Tribune
http://www.startribune.com/minneapolis- ... 434975623/

The Fox News version makes it sound like you did.
http://www.foxnews.com/us/2017/07/19/au ... shows.html

So either she was calmly talking to the driver or she was walking up when the "loud noise" startled officer scaredy-cat. It sounds better if you use the word irrationally instead of calmly. I mean...who hasn't met an irrational blonde? But what about Irrational Somali Musim? <---- No way that can be true. @
There's that 50:50 again.

At this point I'm willing to say she was going apechit crazy screaming and hollering knocked over the keep off the grass sign ran thru a hurricane fence fell in the municipal pool and drowned herself. That sounds pretty good. (It's ray Stevens)
That's my official version now. It happened exactly that way and then she got shot.

I saw a press conference with the mayor. Yep, something wrong. A lefty mayor dealing with a Ferguson mob with absolutely no interest in the facts. They already know everything and the mayor has to go, so she is trying to throw as many bodies under the bus as she can and if that means a Duke lacrosse prosecution, she will happily railroad whoever needs to.

What is seeming, my gut feeling very light on anything I am confident is facts, is that like in the Trayvon Martin case, the initial evidence didn't call for the execution of anyone. That is politically easy todeal with. The politically difficult is when there is no evidence to support an indictment, but the people demand one. As has been shown, if the mob wants a head and you can't deliver, it could be your head. The mayor is trying to keep hers right now.

Then again, the mob could actually be right, but the lefty mayor cannot blame a protected individual that could prove the islamophobic boogeyman right and she is stuck in liberal insanity hell.

Thought you wanted to stick to the facts and quit imagining up scenarios.

As for facts right now I got nothing to add except that there are other complaints against officer scaredy-cat. Those complaints were reportedly made by women. (allegedly)

So far we got a dead unarmed aussie woman shot by a male muslim police officer (who clammed up immediately) and the police chief was asked or forced to resign.
What is motivating the mayor? Can't say or even hypothesize.
Could it be the Russians?

As far as why the body cams were not on. That is just standard operating procedure there.

http://hosted.ap.org/dynamic/stories/U/US_POLICE_SHOOTING_MINNEAPOLIS_BODYCAMS_MNOL-?SITE=AP&SECTION=HOME&TEMPLATE=DEFAULT
Data from March released by the Minneapolis Police Department and published by television station KSTP show that officers wearing body cameras there recorded a little less than 20 minutes of footage for every eight-hour shift.

I simply cannot comprehend any good reason for the cameras to not be on for every single minute of every shift on duty.

But how many people automatically assumed that the SOP was that the cameras were on all the time versus the reality of only less than 5% of the time. Why were the body cams not on? Because there was over a 95% chance that they were not on. "Oh wait, shits happening, let me make sure I turn my camera on before I worry about somebody getting killed" F'ing retarded.

Our government at all levels is run by morons. That is the only fact that we have 100% certainty in.
