Fish sauce

An old lady introduced me to a recipe that goes great on rice.
Asian fish sauce and some rice vinegar mixed to taste. She used balsamic vinegar.
It's tasty as heck and goes with plain rice.

The fish sauce is salty as heck but when you add some vinegar...mmmm.
Try some.


By the way straight up fish sauce smells like something that'd be great for soaking a fishing lure in. Add some sparkles and a little bit of vegetable oil. Might actually work.
