junkies and narcan

How many times are we as a society supposed to bring these leeches back from the dead so they can do it again? Narcan is about 3000 a pop and you know these crumb bums don't pay for it, so who does (although I already know the answer) ? I say one and done, after that get clean or die cuz we aren't supporting your habit. Which narcan, IMO is a form of letting them off the hook. May be harsh but life's a bitch, then you marry one, then you die..........
