What are your top 5 favorite westerns
1. The wild bunch
2. Tombstone
3. True Grit (either version
4. The Comancheros
5. She wore a yellow ribbon
They don't make enough westerns any more IMO

I don't have a top 5 western, but I do enjoy a wide variety from the very old ones to much more recent ones.

I watched a couple Audy Murphy movies on my last trip out of town.

Unforgiven would have to make my list.

Outlaw Jose Wales is another one that I've seen many times.

However, there are so many good ones.

My top five is different.
Wagon Train
Have Gun Will Travel
Maverick
The Virginian
Bonanza

I watch a lot of MeTV. Lopez' cable company ditched MeTv. Poor guy.
Today on Bonanza the town council was upset about the sheriff Roy Coffee getting a little old.
They were worried about the Waggner gang. They laughed when Roy and Adam put bars on the bank windows. It was pointed out that the criminals could walk right in. Lots of laughing.

Gang came, walked right in...money all gone. (Roy had hid it in the jail)
Door slammed and locked. Old Roy had turned the bank into a jail and it worked. Caged his birds ez peasy!

Rifleman is next then Wagon Train YEEHAW!
