Anytime something bad happens in my family its duck season. My wife is having surgery Thursday and will be home for the rest of the year recovering.
Family seems to think hunting is more important than being a nurse. I have my doubts. Will see.
I keep getting these "this may be the end" signals from weird sources. Screw that.

Plus Sonic, Hawks, DNW, and the motels all feel it too.
If they'd just leave "it" alone and quit trying to maximize the locals would settle down. Last year they were quietly raising hell about being broke.

Posted: Mon Nov 09, 2020 7:03 pmI hunt (public) solo like you 90% of the time. I just find small pockets of birds and hunt them. It does concentrate the birds when it freezes so it does help. I'm sure some of the water I hunt has been in the Illinois River.
