Gee that link looks odd.
Camera struggles to process it all.
The sky is moving. On a big screen its awesome.

I'm getting a puppy. One of the black ones has a collar on it now. In a month I'll pick him up. Rest are all taken

Awesome AB! Training it yourself?

I’m looking forward to and also dreading getting another one when mine gets too old to do it anymore. I don’t have the time I did back when I got this one in grad school. I do have a little more patience and can afford one that’s better bred than my current dog, so that should help.

I lucked out. Saw a picture and asked. Got lucky and didn't have to search at all. Last time was not easy at all.

Thank you.
I'll post lots of pics for about 3 years or more.
I got so lucky.
English-American cross.
Sturdy dogs.
Father is large but not like Milo.
Wanted a black again.
The owner is so nice and I think I established a friendship just by going to see the pups. Was first to go look.
Theyre all taken but I got to pick one of three.

Have so much in common with the puppy's owner.
Got very very lucky.
Counting the days.
I'm picking up a lab puppy on day 51.
The man who wrote "Water Dog" said to get them then before the pups start establishing a pecking order.
That process is bad so you get the puppy then.

Here is a flyup video from a national wildlife refuge in arkansas.
Only 500k ducks at the time.
Ive done better but id like you to focus on around 6 minutes on.
The boss hens were chatty that night.
Study and imitate them.
Not kidding.
Them extra loud highballing hens rule the sky.

Two males. Got one in my hands then two more got brought out. Didn't realize I was supposed to pick one.
They finally said pick one and I blushed.
Said im not picky im happy to be in the mix.
If someone has their heart set on one im good with what's left. I can train pretty much any dog to retrieve a duck.
I picked the bigger one. Hes feisty.
Chewed on my foot the whole time I was petting his brother. Im stoked of course.

Ive been just putting camera on auto and let it run.
I can change all kinds of settings.
ISO in particular. Frame rate is too high. Its on 60.
Shooting in 1080.
Trying to get it brighter and lose the trails.
Help?

That current is moving! Caused by rain from the latest front, or is that common? Would have to move quick to pick up downed birds in that!

It rained on the Friday and Saturday before. It took two and a half days for all the water in semo to get there. It's quite complicated. The army corps of engineers must have spent tons of money figuring it all out what to make how big. Probably trial and error at first its just too big.

Green wing teal? Unreal.
Milo was whining and I ignored him.
He was trying to tell me he saw ducks circling.
