Had all my decoys out when two boatloads of grumbling cussing guys show up. They set up in the muck.
Hope they kill something they're in a good place.
I may too.
I set up by the dead tree. Every time I show up and it's still standing is a shock.. all the others fell.

The best hunt I ever had was when two Arkansas locals were having bad luck. The bumbled into the hole I had set up. Their light bar was falling off among other troubles.
I saw that and invited them to hunt we had no choice it was 15 minutes to lst.
Those two guys tossed out their decoys and pulled their boat up near mine. The noises those two made....
I wish I'd been ready to record it. Wood duck music. Then the 6 in one and mallard calling with cutdown olts. You can't buy a hunt like that.
It was a father and son and the son is my age...60.
The old man spoke duck like nobody I've ever heard.
I miss them two. This will NEVER happen in IllinoiZ

Them two boats of grumblers wanted to go past me but it's too close. There are two holes and since water is low both can't be used legally.
I sort of closed to door on them.
The "best" spot isn't huntable due to me being here.

Most holes are big enough for large groups.
I'll never tell somebody they can't hunt there.

Here a group limit size is 4 guns on public.
Karens would freak if they heard 15.or 20 open up on a flock like down there.
