Berries look nice. Around here the few I found were small, we didn’t get much rain when it was needed. Most berries dried on the vine this summer. My pecan tree had blooms this spring but with the drought, probably won’t be much of a crop this fall.

Reverse tie dye is pretty cool. You use bleach and it's not predictable. You never know what's going to happen.
Took an army green shirt and put the hour glass on then added the necklace later.

Picked up an Even Embers pellet smoker for $199.99 at tractor supply today.
$100 mark-down and wanted one.

Cooked two pork steaks. At first I was like "meh....where's all the smoke?".
Used pitt boss competition blend pellets.
Been studying and this thing is like a mirror image of a traeger. Way less loot.
Them Chinese are clever little bastages.

Made baby back ribs on my even embers (fake traeger knock-off).

I pulled a bone out with tongs.
4 hours at 225. 2 in foil.
Dayum I shoulda got a pellet grill already.

Did a 4-hour cook at 225.
Used a gallon of pellets so I'm thinking it takes about a quart per hour until I crank it up to 500.
This thing is new to me and sort of sciency a little bit.
Get to eat the meat experiments.
