Maybe Ricardo the Spaniard might know?

Or anyone else. I prime my lawnmower, it Runs for five seconds and dies. Prime it again starts and then dies. Get it running and keep on pushing the primer and it’ll keep on running but as soon as I stop priming it stops.

Definitely not a small engine mechanic. But I’m guessing maybe a clogged fuel filter or fuel line?

Could be! I am clueless when it comes to that stuff. The guy down the street is looking at it. I’m sure he will get it fixed up in no time!

Always ask youtube.
Is your carb bolted on tightly?
It matters

Once my friend and I found a mower in the trash heap.
We got out tools. I warned him that if we get this running it's owner will appear out of thin air wanting it and all we have is a good story.
The rest of the story:
It only took 5 minutes to find out it's not trash.
The owner ran us off and threatened to call 5-0.
Never fix a mower on the street where you found it. Haul.it home.
Learn anything?

Oh. Damn I'm slow.
It's 725 and I just figured out who Ricardo de Espania is.
1. Put gas in
If no start pee on it then light it on fire.

Last summer someone ran into my ZTR.
The intake manifold got broken. She hit the engine.
I had to take it apart and get a new manifold.
If I can do it you can too.
Usually it's something more simple like tighten the screws that rattled loose

When the wife picked this mower whoever she talked to knew their shit.
No bulb. It has a choke and starts every time despite my abuse. If you need to buy a mower this one.
It has a self propelled model too?
Menards has it I think.
