Has anyone actually bought an Illinois hunting license, duck stamp, and hip cert online using a cell phone?
I keep going in circles on their website.
I wonder if anyone has gotten permits for Shelbyville or Clinton.
I'm struggling at it.

I actually got a Clinton lake waterfowl permit!
Hey Ed.
Start by googling "Clinton lake waterfowl permit" and it's a shortcut. I'm going to Walmart if I have to but will start at Rural King and finally the USPS for the stamp.
It's beginning to look possible.
