Jerry Springer Dead

I’m sure most of you guys were Jerry Springer fans Ha Ha Ha anyways saw that he died today. Did not watch him religiously or anything but if I was flipping through the channels and saw his talkshow I would give it a few minutes of my time. Seemed like he had a special way of coming off as the good guy but still egging the drama on. Anyways rest in peace Jerry and thank you for some entertainment!

he outlasted them all even in reruns,he was up against some crazy hosts back then ,morton downy jr, richard bey, sally jessy, ricki lake, seems like his style of host kept him on top, and he catered to a young impressionable audience.

He did outlast quite a few. Nowadays it seems like every network TV show is about the drama. Kind of nutso to be honest.

its hard for me to find entertainment in a talk show nowdays also network producers get too pigeonholed on topics and like you say too much drama laughter is a good thing.

Been to the show in person and shook his hand.

And before you say anything, no I was not a guest on stage

My Dad loved his show. I found it entertaining most of the time I watched it with my Dad.

When my wife and I went to the show, we got my Dad an autographed photo of Jerry. He actually still had that after he passed away.

The episode we went to was pretty lame. I don't think it ever aired.

i remember when he was still in chicago on nbc that ron magers newscaster made a big stink about his show on that station i think egos got in the way of his show that was different from the norm but thats what made it fun to watch.

We got that for my Dad in 1999 I think after we were in the audience. We were at my brother's who inherited our parents house. My wife was going through old pictures and stuff and she found that. That was cool that he still had it. I know he thought it was cool at the time.

I tried to share the video clip but it’s on Facebook so couldn’t get it to work. Anyways it showed up on my Facebook feed and I guess Jerry Springer had two black children that I guess his wife made him keep secret. He videoed himself doing his last will and testament and he left everything to those two children. Nothing to his other children or his wife. It was a quick clip but part of it he said to his other daughters that he hopes they made their millions like he told them to because he wasn’t leaving them anything.
