Cormorants? Couldn't really see too well, but hey wipe em out they are a dam nuisance. Legal or not, unknown.

Yep. All over the place in Florida.

Don't know where it is but Florida is very aggressive on the invasive and feral species. So it wouldn't surprise me if it is legal. It's generally legal any time and anywhere. I vaguely remember something on loosening the rules with air rifles.

Think I’ve seen that same dog being used to retrieve iguanas down there too.
