ok i was thinking winter wheat but couldnt see it very well(i never wear my glasses) i didnt plant any oats this year but even if i had it wouldnt be ready to go this early.pretty mild climate there?

In that photo you're looking north so the sun comes up and give that corner a good 6-7 hours of light a day. That's the ONLY area in my yard that gets more than an hour or two of direct sunlight.
