ProKnee knee pads, best knee pads out there. They are pricey, but worth it.
my knees are shot from too many years of basketball. I'm wondering if there're any knee pads that'll help

I will have to look into them. I have never found a pair of pads worth wearing to date.

Whoever appeals to the law against his fellow man is either a fool or a coward. Whoever cannot take care of himself without that law is both. For a wounded man shall say to his assailant, "If I live, I will kill you. If I die, you are forgiven." Such is the rule of honor.

They strap around you upper calf and above your ankle. The "pad" goes from your knee down your shin to almost your foot. When you kneel in them your weight is on the whole front of your lower leg, not just your knee. They also sell kits to rebuild them for under $100. They are a little tough to wear when working in tight areas, but other than that they are great.

Think I saw a tile guy wearing those the other day. Aluminum frame with a ton of padding? Looked comfortable.
