Look up:
1) rubus leucodermis
2) rubus occidentalis
3) rubus coreanus

I have all three species of black raspberries. I thought you were smart. :?

I just have dew berries(black berries) and these ones that turn out a golden color but I can't remember the name of em. They are suprisingly sweet. I'm not that into the sour berries.

I've got muscadines and scuppernogs but they won't be ready until september and I'll be moved by then. I am going to take most of the berry and some muscadine and scuppernog plants with me.

Starting to get some. Looks like we’ll have to start picking twice a day as there are a bunch of soft ones. Our white ones are starting to develop should and be ripe in a week or two.

My mother misinformed ( lied to) me a lot as a kid. She's a fine example of "THE SOUTH". Get her going and her accent changes to Virginia. (Hillbilly)

Example: the tulip tree in our yard is a magnolia tree.
She insisted it was a tulip tree for decades. I corrected her one day and "she knew it all the time" she said.
My head is filled with garbage SHE put there.
I'm doubting "black raspberries are even berries".
She called the red ones raspberries and the golden ones too.

Define "berry" please.
Wanna see muh berries?

Part of today’s bounty. Kids are still picking. Noticed the three “white” ones in there. They are delicious

I suspect a lot of disagreement on what a berry is named stems (lol) from sales and marketing of the plants.
This is named "golden" and is a bush in a 2-gallon pot for close to fifty bucks.
Screenshot_20220723-065704_Chrome.jpg

In the 80s a honey bee named "starlight" was marketed saying that they worked at night.

Now think a minute. What flowers bloom at night?
Starlight bees were just a name made up to sell bees".

Thankfully I’m not alone I have two sons and both dogs are males. But we are still very much out numbered.

I can admit I did some weird adapting due to that "outnumbered" thing.
It was 2 women and me.
The bright side is my daughter has 3 boys that need me. Their dad was raised by women.

Our berries are done.
Mater time coming up.
I've got so many. One day I'll get pissed, rip em up by the roots, and shake all the maters off.
To the ripening table.
We used to fiddle around with vine ripening.
It dont matter. What matters is where it's grown.
I have it easy when it comes to the tomatoes.
