Should have gone to the Agriculture Extension Agent....You fucked up and listened to someone that needed to get rid of some grass seed. The guy that sold you the seed probably lives in a low income government subsidized apartment and has never had a lawn in his life. Flint may not know a lot about the area where you live but he knows a lot about grass, his job depends on it.

If you aren't going to pay heed, don't ask for advice.

If you want a lawn that is going to look great for four months, two weeks and three days every year and look shitty the rest of the time, follow the advice of the guy that worked for lows in the paint department for 8 years.

Why tear up the lawn?? Soak it down, roll it and over seed the piss out of it, keep watering it and in a month your new grass will be filling in.

Next spring, put down a pre-emerge weed killer and you'll have it done for about 90% less headaches.

Can we get the fuck back on topic here? I'm inclined to go with the hydro seeding but could I have them omit the garbage seed they spread and put my own in?

Can you take a picture of your Bermuda grass for me boot?

We got an old timer here Eric that works at the Ace Hardware lawn care section. The dude's sharp. Knows his stuff. Recommended some great vines to my wife. He's worked there for like 34 years. I'll run it by him. The dude's like 70. He's gotta know what the hell he's talking about. Even the dope growers run questions by him

Bermuda grass is super susceptible to winter kill. We even get it here on our Bermuda in a colder than average winter.
Use cool season grass.

That triceratops poop pile is sitting on what used to be a 8' deep, 12' wide, and 20' long ditch, i think we're up to 9 or 10 loads so far, with another on the way. My uncle had a job open up that had a bunch of fill that needed taken away, so the guy was paying him to haul it away and "dispose" of it. Huge score for me!
