You guys sure you got a mower that will handle that grass? Might be time to upgrade. Wonder what the best mower is?

Ferris, hands down.

I have been push mowing my lawn for 2 years now and I use a Toro timemaster. The 30" deck is pretty awesome.

Yup, no one can even argue that one. Not at least for cutting your standard grass.

Yeah. He opened a premium lawn mowing corporation after the stardom began to die down after the movie became older. Did a fine job and created the best lawn mower ever known.

And dont even ask about watering schedule or fertilizer.

Ever try Methanation? It's more for the money end of gardening but it would probably work on lawns too.

So green!
Image
I need to fertilize the "new dirt" as the grass is quite a bit thinner in those areas, but looking really good except the damn mole mound in the middle

Looks ok, the least you could have done is push the mower in a straight line.

Meh, once it levels out a little more I'll go straighter, still a little bumpy. Today was the first mowing.

I had to email them to him. There is no way in hell I was about to dumb down the megapixels of this beautiful grass. Its better than any of the golf courses I've ever been on, but I've been rolling it once a week and cutting it every 3 days.

My guess it that he didn't pay you the consulting fee that I suggested and his success at growing grass is rivaled only by Assa's attempt to trap rats. So much knowledge so close at hand but you can't tell them damned Yankees a fucking thing. I am almost certain that he is indeed rolling grass every day.

I got my knowledge from a professional that had some solid education on grass growing and maintenance. Maybe if flint would have asked his Mexicans about my situation I could have believed him.

I got my knowledge from a guy that had no idea what he was doing.... Told me to drive plant stakes into my yard. Maybe if I would have listened to flints advice about my situation I could post pictures of my yard without being embarrassed.

I'll let you dream if you want to. Grass is still grass and the shit grows on its own without even planting it. Doesn't take much to be an expert.

Either admit failure or post up some proof.

Just going to leave it at you couldn't successfully undertake the simple task of growing grass. It's just grass. Grows on it's own.

I could literally plant nothing and within a month my yard would be green. What's that say? Worst case possible I still end up with a green yard.

In your own words: "So my yard is full of small divets and bumps, along with various weeds. I know I could probably just roll/tamp it for a couple days and it would go smooth, but I'd still be stuck with the weeds. Instead I'm going to tear up my old sod and bring in top soil, roll, reseed with only the best grass for my climate. I want my feet to feel like they are getting laid every time I walk through my yard." ...

Its called foot porn. A roller took care of that problem and the zoysia is a dream to walk on. Probably not as nice as bent grass but that stuff won't grow here anyways. I did get the test results back for the soil last week(long after I had planted anyways) and zoysia was a perfect for my levels and climate. Turns out the Ag guy knew what he was talking about after all. He'd probably own his own golf course if he lived down south.

Horrible attempt at a troll?'why won't bent grass grow in newyork? I could grow bent grass in fucking south Florida if I had a fan on every green. Eat my poo Eric. Your yard is a goat ranch.

It will grow, but it would be shitty unless you cut it every day. Reread a post of mine way back in the beginning. I had bentgrass before this. Get off that high horse man.
