What y'all eatin today.
I'm doing corned beef hash that we're taking over to a friends house for brunch then prepping food for tnights smorgasbord.

I make tamales. I suppose it's just the Mexican version of corned beef and cabbage. But I like tamales better. Could be because I'm Mexican.

Tamales are awesome. Fact: Only Mexicans can make tamales worth eating.
