bar b qued bacon

Try it.
One pound per person. It is that good!

Put sauce in a bowl and coat the bacon as you put it on the grill. Do small batches cuz its busy work and they burn quick.
Cook a short time on each side. The bacon will sizzle and pop a lot when its done. Burnt isnt bad but try not to.

If you do it right you wont be able to quit eating it. Adictive.
The texture is unique. Try it sometime. Dont skimp on the bacon. Get the best and thickest. Ignore the price just get what looks good.

Wright,'s brand is a good choice if you can get it.

Smoked, smoked sausage. One day I was smoking and drinking and smoking on the bar b que.
Was pretty baked and came up with the silly idea of smoking, smoked sausage on the new smoker. :mrgreen:
Wife humored me and got some. When we all ate it, we all looked at each other and said oh my fucking god this is GOOD.
Try that some time too. :thumbsup:

Get a pork belly, that has either been cured as bacon or cure it yourself. Cut it into steaks and grill it on low-medium heat. It is the shizz. Best cut of meat in the world.

Smoked smokey links on the smoker smoked wirh hickory and drizzled with imitation maple syrup.

AB, here's another bacon variation..........Praline Bacon. Use thick bacon slices, cook in a skillet for few minutes on each side and take them out of the pan. Crumble up some pecan pralines, and coat both sides. Place on a rack (with a pan below to catch drips), and bake on 350 until done........mmmmmmm!
