I was reading the booklet that came with my old Brinkmann barrel smoker.
It has a recipe for quail and dove that suggests smoking with herbs instead of wood.
Can think of a lotta things to do with herbs but SMOKING?
Who woulda thunk? Purple Urple smoked teal poppers.
