Ok ima school u guys on some bushy tails

U need worstisire sauce. Mustard. Tonys or salt and pepper for the yanks. And some hot sauce

Lay the meat in a sink or bowl put a good splash of the worstisire sauce. little hot sauce and enough mustard to just barley coat the meat. Season to with the Tonys or salt and pepper garlic powder is good to

Get a black iron pot put a little olive oil and get it hot. Put ur meat in the pot and let it brown real good till the point it's sticking to the bottom. Take a wooden spoon and scrape the bottom while u add a little water to pull the gravy off of the bottom of the pot. Do this until ur gravy is nice and dark brown

Remove ur meat and and ads and onion and a bell pepper and some minced garlic if u like garlic. Do the same thing with the veggies as u did with the meat. Once they are cooked down add ur meat and enough water to cover the meat let it cook on med heat for a couple hrs checkin and stirring occasionally or until the meat is falling off of the bone

Serve over some rice and u have a good ole Cajun rice and gravy. U can thank me later

I said pickled. I guess that's too old-timer of a term for most folks to understand around here
