Chicken Tender Dipping Sauce

Postby rebelp74 » Tue Nov 05, 2013 12:15 am

1 cup mayo
.5 cup ketchup
2 tblsp worcestershire
1 tsp paprika
2 tsp garlic powder
Lots of black pepper
Add all ingredients into mixing bowl. Put enough ground black pepper to lightly cover the top of ingredients in bowl(this is key). Mix together and you have Cane's chicken tender dipping sauce. I like to add a little horseradish and/or lemon juice/pepper(whatever is on hand). Also like the horseradish mustard in it too.

KFC NEEDS dipping sauce. Good chicken should be served plain, or with mashed taters & white gravy for dipping .

Sounds good though.

Is there much mayo in the bbq sauce you eat in MD? I'd guess its closer to a churched up fry sauce.

Not a whole cup, but more than a little. Just seems like the ingredients he listed would taste like BBQ sauce. If you've never had Dorothy Lynch's, I'd recommend it. Can't get it here, though. I think it's a midwest thing.

Is that BBQ sauce? I've never heard of it. I typically use Sweet Baby Rays.

Any of the Jack Daniels line that I've tried is good. Also like a brand that the wife brought home from the store that has 'Six gun' something or other in the name, can't remember exactly. Just never care for SBRs, thought it was kinda generic like all of the Kraft brand bbq sauces.

Nah. I'm always open to trying new stuff. Seriously wanted to know what you guys like if SBR is so bad.

The JD stuff is good, but that seems closer to the Kraft stuff that SBR.

Have you had the sweet and spicy?
