Fuck, I don't know. We use a turkey roaster, fill it halfway up, dump the hot liquid candy in, stir it up, and quickly make the balls.
Pop about 3/4 cup untapped corn for each batch.

Oh, yeah. Butter up your hands when making the balls so the candy don't stick to your skin.
Don't pack em like snowballs...just quickly make a round hunk that will fit into a baggie

Made them yesterday. Today my daughter asked if we could make more. They are tasty and a great holiday treat. The memory of smells and tastes are very powerful.
