If id thought about NuWave I could have used my FIL's. Monitoring with a thermometor works but does take some time. Im going to get a couple steaks today and borrow his machine and give it a whirl.

Jarbo...one day you gotta bring Taz to my timber honey hole.
It would be good. Try and get some more gunners to come and Taz would get a real workout like I know you want. :)
