What kind of electric stove thingy do you use for sous vide? Wanting to pick one up, seems so much easier with it.

I've been curious to know if they work or not, too. Seems too good to be true, but he's always using that thing. NuWave I think is what they're called.

I was watching the infomercial a couple days ago at 4 am, and all I kept picturing was Jarbo liquored up in a hotel in Kansas, cooking pheasant and talking to the dog.

That's it, works great. First few times I kept a thermometer in water, held good temp.

Putting white, mushroom, and cream sauce all in one sentence is a slippery slope.

Does this NuWave deal work Jarbo? I'm seriously considering one, as I really like the Sous Vide but it can kind of be a PITA monitoring the water temp nonstop. I'm thinking I probably just need to pull the trigger on this...
