Not going to claim this one is good. Don't know. Have to try it first.

Please share some recipes you have used.

I cut it in half because I'm doing a chicken, not turkey.
Frying it later today.

1/4 pound butter (1 stick)
1/4 can of beer (3 ounces)
1 Tbs salt
1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbs hot sauce (tobasco)
1 Tbs soy sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder

I'll use seasoned salt or maybe Montreal steak seasonings instead of straight up salt.
Haven't decided yet.

I don't have tobacco. Substituting Louisiana Hot Sauce. (Not hot at all) :)

I like to just use a light flavored beer mixed with some BBQ or Cajun rub. Easy but good.

Used Montreal seasonings and it was a mistake. The spices clogged the syringe.
Doh
