I highly recommend the Pollo Loco marinade for chicken. They say to let is marinade overnight, but I think 3 days would be better. It's not all that spicy, just tastes good. Wish they were in Idaho.

It's the lime juice. I use cider vinegar in mine, but someone here substituted lime juice for it, and said it came out good. Deliciousness.

Just came to. Was out for about 20 of the last 24 hours. Nothing fun this time, I'm afraid, but it might not be over until tonight, so we'll see. Pretty lucid at the moment. Thinking about going fishing.
