Walmart sweet roll nuked for 20 seconds and coffee. Think I’ll watch Duckmen 1 while I enjoy breakfast.

They had to end the picture when they ran out of the stuff

.
Should remind you of a fat short guy in a reindeer suit.
As it's been so astutely pointed out my place is like a coffee house in Amsterdam every morning.

Before you know it I'll be making echoes off trees with the throwback.
They say an actual duck doesn't echo.
False. The scatters south of oakwood bottoms...
You can prove it. There's a rock cliff about 300 feet tall and I've heard real ducks echo off it.
You have to hunt there once.

A rare treat this morning: Gumbalaya! My neighbor brought jambalaya over yesterday afternoon and I defrosted a bowl of gumbo and dumped on top this morning. Goes exceptionally well with Community medium roast coffee at 5:53 in the AM.

I want tamales.
Back in the trailer park we had the best neighbors ever.
They were Mexican.
Ernesto and Theresa.
One day their grandson was helping himself to my cherry tomatoes. "Tomatitos".
They were extremely ashamed. I said "no problemo"
Help yourself. She made Tomales with cherry tomato sauce. Green ones too. For a day I was in heaven.
Ernesto had a heart attack and they moved back to Texas.
I miss them tamales.

It's hard to find the real thing. Restaurant tamales are weak as hell. The green ones use them weird Mexican tomatoes. Tomatillos. The Mexican store always has them. We made our own once. It's fun but you kinda only do it once a year. Lot of work.

Breakfast is something I rarely do but if you all insist I'll video a blind breakfast in December.
Will first make bacon in a skillet.
Scrape it until it is smooth like glass then eggs.
I usually scramble them then make egg cheese and bacon on a biscuit.
Nothing too fancy.
Top it off with a Sunny-D or two.

I've got a big Dutch oven to make the biscuits in camp.
It works

What is for dinner is what matters.
Marinating chicken breasts cut into strips.
Using Louisiana Supreme marinade.
Later I'll fry them strips coated in Crispy chicken fry chicken batter mix from Anotherone.
That's good stuff man.

We ate it all. That marinade is good. I added a couple tablespoons of Louisiana hot sauce.
Soaked about 3.5 hours.
Muy bien

Breakfast is over-rated.
Hunters/warriors are supposed to not eat before battle.
Fight better when hungry and mean.
Shorty drinks a beer first thing.
Fighting rations.

Scientists claim we should eat a hearty breakfast then skimp on the other daily meals. I need about 10,000 calories a day or my head hurts. Southern life is just peachy.

Scientists don't go duck hunting much.
They're too busy washing beakers and test tubes.

Been doing eggs.
Fresh eggs why not eat them in quick omelets?
Cut up some onion and green pepper, toss in some mushrooms, and maybe some ham. Slice of velveta.
I killed all the quail but still have ten Americana hens.
