Salmon with some kind of Asian sauce which was absolutely out of this world

Cauliflower rice mixed vegetables stirfry. Trust me when I say it is better than it sounds

Some kind of Asian salad. I do not particularly care for it but I still had a small spoonful. even when I don’t like things I still have a little taste just so I can remind myself that I don’t like it

Washed it all down with a cup of water and then I came to the bedroom and had a sugar-free peppermint patty. I tell you what those sugar-free candies taste just like the regular ones. However the sugar alcohol stuff or whatever the heck it is can give you some hell raising gas that doesn’t always come out. Sometimes your stomach just rumbles uncontrollably. So you kind of have to eat it in moderation.

Not necessarily saying stinky gas. Just very loud and powerful farts! And then when it stays internal it is just loud rumbling gurgly sounds. There is no hiding it! I don’t mind the farts but I don’t like when all the gurgling is happening inside because you can’t control that

The potential is there.
The chickens have been busy.
Dirty eggs stay fresher longer.

Funny.
A waterfowl lease in this county?
That'd be dumb as hell.
There are a couple places I'd love to have access to but it's suburban and the Karens would eat me alive.
It's like every pond has an hoa too.
I've heard of leases to the north and west.
This one crackhead was trying to get me to pay him to steal their decoys. No thanks.

She wants barbecued chicken today.
I do a three-step method on chicken.
First I'll grill it until it's nearly done on a hot fire.
The meat gets all tight that way.
The skin gets cooked well.

Second I put it on the smoker pellet grill and smoke it a while on 250 covered in a pan. The meat loosens up and gets tender.
Finally put the meat on grill and add sauce and smoke it a bit more.

Should be falling off the bones done. Juicy too.
CHICKEN!

Chicken sounds good

Sarah and most of the kids are down at a basketball tournament. I opted not to go because I have to work tomorrow and with the winter storm warning and 40 mph wind gusts I couldn’t guarantee I’d make it back. Doesn’t sound like I’m missing much as my girls’ team are getting creamed pretty bad

So that being said not sure what I will eat for supper.
