Cake

A couple of my daughters helped a lady at our church. She tried to pay them but they refused to take any money. Yesterday when our son went to Mass the lady had made our family a big red velvet cake with layers of caramel sauce and marshmallow frosting.
Forgot to take a before picture. Steve a little for two of the kids that are working tonight.

She also gave several pounds of moose burger, moose steaks and the highly coveted moose back straps.

The wife does a caramel cheese cake with it.

That cake looks good. Can't do cake it makes me ill.

You should’ve said moose is good until you get your hands on goose.

How much caribou have you eaten?
Favorite game meat.
Comparing it to a goose is a poor comparison.
I worked in Akiak, Alaska building their school.
Eskimo village. We ate very well. Some kid would drag in a dead critter and we'd eat the evidence.

Had my fair share in Alaska. Taste depending on location and time of year shot. A roasted turd would taste better in some instances. Lived up there for 9 1/2 years.
