Yep, go gas. And a 20 would be even softer; sweet lil beretta 20g auto would be a great clays and bird do-all that would be shoulder friendly.

Good choice without breaking the bank. Just don't go goofy with the loads you shoot. Some, like Remington's Hypersonic steel, kill on both ends.
