Oh, its not a need Jim.
I already have a gun just like yours.

It's a want.

For the same reason I own a safe full of guns. I like 'em.

You selling your 870?

Yes I am.

This is my position. Sam outgrew his 870 youth 20. He'll be shooting my nova this year. But hoping to replace my super black eagle with another next year and hand him down my old one

The Beretta would be my pick of those mentioned so far. But were it me, that second gun would be 20ga.

I'm sure they're great guns on the inside. But they're basically the fat girl of the shotgun world, IMO.

If 20 ammo was cheaper it would be.

I have a bid in on a used 390 right now. Time will tell.

All better now!

For "cheap" auto that's what I'd do. Only problem in my mind on the 20 would be keeping 20 shells handy as well.

The nova kicks like a mule compared to other pumps.

If you get that 390 the benelli will become your backup gun.

Could be. I like the idea of having one in my boat loaded for geese and one loaded for ducks...

It's nice to have it that way. Beretta makes great guns.

Though it's what I'd shoot if there were no Benelli, something that could make a Beretta suck as a "backup" gun is the safety placement, which will seem ass-backwards after shooting the Benelli.

Could be. I bet I end up with a Beretta and I get used to it eventually.

Both loaded? As in one laying in the boat? And why two guns?

Always thought that was illegal? Maybe just here. I do know I'm doing good to keep one from being covered in mud.

I think it is here. But during resident goose, there have been known to be 2 or even 3 guns per head in the blind.

I want one loaded for goose, one for ducks. I will, of course, check the regulations.

One may become a field hunting gun.

Assateague, did my youtube video get ya hard?

Oh fuck me you serious ass jayhawkers. I was just poking fun at TK's no alcohol in the boat rule. I could give a shit if you have a loaded gun in the floor of the boat with a round chambered and the safety off

There is always the 3901 and the A500, which is probably a better gun.
