I shoot a Briley Mod and 3" 2s and have killed everything from Maine to Alaska. Great combo.

Since Dan's already killed everything from Maine to Alaska, I'd forget new chokes and take up a new sport.
(But when there was still game to shoot, I managed fine with the Benelli factory modified for ducks and geese.)

FYI there is no best choke for a gun, from load to load, different speeds, payloads, wads, size of shot... For most waterfowl situations a mid choke will get the job done, if you want to tweek on things and play with aftermarket chokes your going to have to pattern your loads on paper to see what's going on.

This is no shit true. Cant say that I've actually noticed a difference but when TSA confiscated my factory chokes and I had to buy replacements figured might as well buy extended.

Quarters work well as choke wrenches.......especially if you just need to tighten the choke in the field.

If I went to the trouble to remember to have a quarter with me at all times while hunting I could just make sure I have my choke wrench instead.
