Holy crap. That's a lot of reading and a lot of info. My cleaning supplies come from mainly these three companies in order from favorite down (all are my favorite, just which one I like the best):

I've been using this fairly new product for the past 2 years. It's called "Gunzilla". So far, I have been very pleased with it. Even when shooting dirty handgun loads out of a revolver, it takes the carbon fouling right off and penetrates the metal and slicks things up. I get it from midway.

Suprised that breakfree CLP was pretty lackluster in the test. I know many have stood by it for a while now. Frog lube it is.

After hearing much about Frog Lube, albeit mostly from distributors, I intended to give it the Mudhole and Coyote test this past season, but a said-to-be-popular Internet huntress repping Gibbs gave me a couple bottles to try and delayed the plan. (I do be cheap, and the Gibbs came with "best ever" claims.) As flightstopper may have noted. gun maintenance has fallen off my priority list, and Frog Lube may fit my annual maintenance schedule better than most. Guess we'll see...

That is what I've been using. Haven't had any problems but I clean my gun frequently because I hunt salt water 100% of time.
