Parts

I picked up a weatherby model 92 for $50 and all it needs is a trigger pin detent spring.
just like this one:

$6 seems like a lot for a little piece like that. Any alternatives, or do I have to bite the bullet?

Have you tried your local gunsmith? Mine has them in various sizes and is apt to give them away for goodwill.

I'll have to call around. I'm sure it will be less if they do charge.

All joking aside, there are different sizes right?
Or as long as I get the right one,( front or rear ), they're all generic?
