New to trapping

Postby Lamboicon » Wed Nov 27, 2013 9:00 pm

So this year is my first year getting into trapping. Well my dad and brother have been doing it for a few weeks now and I started this week. This week we have hit 11 raccoons and 1 beaver. The beaver was hit last night. We found a slide and put a snare on the trail but missed him two times. So we moved a 330 body trap on it and boom we got him. He weight 53 lb

Nice. I've seen a lot of sign while hunting this year. Thinking about starting a trap line.

We are still catching coons. Got one today and one chewed his foot off. Now my goal is to catch the tripod.
