Much better. P.T. dudes said 3 more weeks of strength training at 2 visits/wk and I'm released. I still have to do all the workouts on my own every other day, and it'll be quite awhile before I'm back to speed, but I'm getting there. :thumbsup:

$10/bird plus shipping each way. I shipped those to Texas with insurance for $22. Not sure what it would be to go there. What that guy did was buy them from somewhere that gave him free shipping and he had them sent to me to start with, so he only paid freight on one direction. :thumbsup:
