Re Engineered Fire

Has anyone converted a fire extinguisher to hold air.
My compressor is noisy and loud and was told that fire extinguishers have been converted to hold air for air brushing.
I have tried to get a medical air tank but they are very scarce.

Seems easy enough to find. Here is a link for the purchase of one, under $50

Are we talking about an air brush with a 2-ounce paint bottle?
In that case use something like this.
https://www.farmandfleet.com/products/g ... -tank.html
Used one when I was air-brushing the lexan bodies on RC stadium trucks.

I don't think they had the 11-gallon one when I was air brushing or I would have got one of those. Five gallons is gone pretty quickly.

Oh.

In that case it'll never work. Have never heard of painting with a fire extinguisher.

Maybe if you hooked up a vacuum cleaner backwards or something.
