just picked her up this afternoon. i had bought one a while back from New Zealand, from some top notch working stock. for whatever reason the girl just didnt grow very big. i am retiring great bitch in a year or two so i needed a replacement.

So you do a lot of herding I'd guess. I'd be interested in see how a dog is trained to herd animals.

I don't like em. Creepy little bastards always have their head low, giving me the "eye" like they are planning my next move. Getting ready to heard me somewhere. The MIL has one that's half border collie, half pit, the safety is off when that bitch is around. :lol:

Very nice.

I had a Shepard / Heeler cross as a kid and that was the best dog ever.

Somehow "knew" the yard and would never leave or run, was a natural at herding cattle and running off Jehovas Witnesses, and was the best pheasant dog in the county.

Great looking pup Jeff. Like everyone else, I grew up with an around collies and heelers. Amazing little dogs

Good looking pup, those are amazing dogs. I got to see some of Charlie Trayers Hanging Tree Cattle Dogs do some work in the Flint Hills, unbelievable.
