You said you couldnt imagine not having a pointing dog.

If you would have seen me hunting 15 years ago, you would see someone who liked upland hunting.

Now you see me with a dog that wont point, looking to sell a great upland shotgun.

IMAGINATION .....

My dog gets her own pool...Only because she kept jumping in our pool.

Rick I believe you have a camera permanently attached to your wrist.

I'll more than likely just mount it right there in the field.

A small "point & shoot" pretty much lives on my belt. Never know when something of interest will pop up:

(Just learned that photobucket ate several of my better gator photos. Couldn't find them in my files, so went to an online log that had some and found a mess of shots had been "moved or removed". Grrrr...)

Flickr is much better in my opinion. I always had trouble with photo bucket and those problems were easily solved when I switched.

Wise suggestion, no doubt. Flickr is definitely the host of choice for the more serious photographers on the dcreviews.com forum I loosely follow, and I've thought of changing before over minor irritations but been to lazy to set up the account. But finding so many photos MIA really ticks me off, and should be the bump I needed.

Good computer got zapped by an electrical storm power outage, however, so I'm on a clunker that takes for-flipping-ever to upload photos until a substantial upgrade is in the budget, making it a moot point for the next couple or three months.

The good news is that I get to hit the ones that come for me with a stick.

I'm definitely a bleeding hypocrite, because I dislike alligators about as much as I dislike any creature. But I'm not above working at something that includes putting hundreds of the stinking things in places I'd much rather they weren't, largely for the pleasure of working in there.

This would be me restocking the marsh pond I hunt, of all incredibly stupid things:
