This one Red, you wont be disappointed. The little cheap hand held one hurts like a mutha!

Also, you can buy the .22 blanks at Cheapo Depot for 5 bucks, the only difference is they are not waterproof. I just put the dummy on the launcher before I load it so the water doesn't get pushed down into the blank. I imagine you could dip the tips into hot way though.

Yup, I use one, great for pushing the dog out on blinds in the water and on land. You can get different loads to shoot the dummies various distances.

The yellow loads from Cheapo Depot will launch the water dummy a 100 yards+. The green ones are around 75 yards. The field dummy weighs more so I step up one power load to get the same distance.

That's what I want. 75-100 yard launches. Which ones do y'all use?

I have one of the hand held ones. They work great.

Sent from the hidey hole.
“If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen.” ― Samuel Adams

Don't ever take Jehler seriously.

Hey Red, you should get one of those surf casting propane launchers. I bet you could send a dummy 300 yards.

I'd make one out of PVC, a can if starting fluid and a grill igniter

How did that never cross my mind, a potato gun would make a great dummy launcher.

I tend to use the heavy loads (red package) to push the mutt out on retrieves, though right now I don't think I could find it in my garage.

I have the DT handheld one and have no problems firing it. Even my wife (damn feels weird to say that for real) and her hands that would make a mouse pecker look big has no problem sending dummies off.
