Out of curiosity, what's your dogs official registered name? I'm sure there are some that got creative with it. Mine is probably not so much, but its Baker's Tug Boat, or "Tug" for short. I probably should have went with the name he is more commonly called "Dickhead", oh well.

I took my buddies nephew out for the juvy hunt 4 years ago, really shy quiet kid. He didn't say much most of the morning, but about 3 hours into the hunt he turns to me and says "Is your dog's name really dickhead?". I laughed for five minutes before I could actually answer his question.

I've never been one of short names with the dog. The girl however has called him "Moosers" since day one. He doesn't seem to mind and I've found myself calling him that from time to time.

That's alright, even though I did fill them out my wife stll calls my dog a mutt.

"Cabelas long-handled rubber coated landing Net" but we just call him

"Scooper" for short.

I will add that Charlie's name did originate from somewhere. We had a spawn of Satan yella lab mixed with who the hell knows what about 9 years ago. Sam wanted to name the dog Charlie Brown the Cowboy Dog. We called him Charlie for short. This time around the kids remembered that bastard of a dog we had and wanted to go with Charlie again. Luckily I still like the name. And wanted it to have redemption from all the evil deeds the last spawn done did

Oddly enough, those were the exact letters I had for an entire game of WWF back when we used to play.

Stellatr Vista Amazon, told the breeder to put the first thing he thought of. It was his A litter and Amazon seemed to fit with this coat style.

I have two. Gloosh and Sploosh. Thats the sound my feet make in my waders, when I am trudging through waist deep water.

My lab and strawberry water spaniel are not papered.

Yeah I know. Wife picked it. I like it though and I live in a very small city with no dog park.

I didn't pick it, she had it when I got her and she knew it so I kept it because I like the name too.
