Probiotics?

They said "have you been treating for itching, funky ears, and bad breath from the outside?" Something like that.
"Treat it from the inside with probiotics".
My dog Milo had them issues and we tried all sorts of things. Antibacterial baths and ear meds....the purple stuff, and we really tried hard but kept failing.
Both dogs are getting this now and within a week their bad breath isn't as bad and their ears aren't as yucky too.
Anybody else trying it?
